Experiencing problems in changing terrain dates

Dear All,

 

I've recently updated my merged install of SF2: Vietnam Europe and Israel to Nov 2011 standards. I'm experiencing issues in changing the terrain dates..., although i have increased the allowed year by a 100 year interval and creating a subfolder for each terrain location in the terra as suggested in the knowledge base http://combatace.com...eries-terrains/ i can't change mission dates... and i have not tampered with the aircraft service dates either.

 

I had uninstalled SF2, backed up my mods in the thirdwire subfolder under savedgames, reinstalled SF2 series, patched it up to the latest patch, and then reinstalled my mods as before...

The actual issue is not the terrain, but the culprit is the Options.ini:

Change the bold text to include modern jets and you'll have no more issues.
