I have found the problem

Ok soo i guess when i use the weapons pack 2.25 the weapons with the weapons u already have saved on that and put it to a fresh install the weapons fall and have poor accuracy when launched and the boosters dont ignite

its cuz i had the desert storm weapons and weapons pack 2.25 and the weapon ini with the wapons of desert storm caused a problem soo what i have done was just put the weapons pack 2.25 and copy the weapons in to the

weapons pack 2.25 in to the new ini that dont have the weapons already on their and now it works
