soviet TAKR - different carrier models available ?

Hi,

 

in some of Fubar's recent videos and screenshots we can see a Kiev carriers which look different from the stock one: they feature names and identification numbers, rescue containers and - best of all - some Kamov Helix helicopters parked on the flight deck. since I try to update my carriers in a similar fashion - albeit without having a Helix available - (see below) I would like to ask whether these modifications are going to be released ? if the answer is "no", I will continue my work, if "yes" I will wait for them :-)
