Wpnssgt has released SP3 compliant versions of the following, complete with Chaff/Flare Dispensers & ECM :

 

MiG-29A Fulcrum-A v2.0 Soviet Version

 

MiG-29G Fulcrum-A v2.0 Unified Germany Version

 

F-15C Eagle v2.0 adds ECM & Chaff/Flares
