Half-screen rendering

Hello, everyone.

I was just started playing SF2:NA.

During gameplay: my screen only rendered in half just like the image I attached to this post.

I already tried using ForcedDX9. It works, but crashed after mission.

My laptop is using integrated GPU (Intel HD graphics with AMD Radeon 6470M)

 

How do I fix this issue ?

i have that issue too and i did all of those but it was still like that. i would be glad if someone gives me another way
