Problems after instaling SF2:NA with campaign mods

I am not sure if this has been addressed but before I added the SF2 North Atlantic, I was able to play "War for Taiwan" and "War for Israel" without any issues. Since then, I get to the menu (for both campaigns) and then when I click "FLY" (to start a mission), the program closes and I am back to my desktop. Is there a known issue with regards to this? Is there a fix?
