Can someone extract ShipSmoke?

Currently testing some special things on SF2 that involve the ShipSmoke effect. I need the file and related files If any to edit them, but can't extract. Wondering If someone have them available and can share them here.

Here's the shipsmoke effect, and some other random smoke .tga files I had. You should be able to create different colors and patterns using this as a template.
