MSN Missions

Hello to everybody.

I need some help in this thing.

I am new in this field, I noticed that the missions inside the game has "default" missions e.g. "carrier landing" "carrier takeoff" etc.

I noticed that are .msn files (I suppose "mission files").

Ok my question is how I can create my own mission types?

Is there a program to do that? I guess "yes" but I do not know how it is the name of it, or is there any tutorial?

I was browsing here at CA but I did not found nothing.
