Multiple 3rd party campaigns

Is it possible (or advisable) to add multiple add-on campaigns to patched (8.30.06) SF1? OR should I do a "clean" install for each campaign I want to add?

 

1. I chose the 8.30.06 patch beacuse these are older campaigns and not sure if they are compatible with Oct 08 patch.

 

2. Don't want to have 2 or 3 installs for just 1 campaign (if possible)

Okay with regards Campaigns you really need to do a clean install for them even in SF2... so for example ODS would be a single install Falklands would be a single install etc etc...
