The Cradle of German Aviation - 1913 Slide show

Found this 1913 slideshow about the airfield Johannisthal (later: Berlin Adlershof),
the first real airfield southeast of Berlin. It looks like a model for the film
"The Magnificent Men & their Flying Machines".

Each "slide" has a description in German, English and French - those were the days,
when the aviators from all over the world exchanged their experiences here - only
one year before the beginning of "The Great War".
Must have been a fascinating time...
