Question about AS-30L

Tried many times to fire AS-30L (laser guided) against different kinds of targets, using both Mirage 2000 and Jaguar but only a few times the missile was launched.

 

Any idea why the missile remains on its rail?

Yo need a Laser designator. An atlis II for example.
