If you want to play music on youtube you'll need a synch license from that company.

 

or pay about $300/year to play music on a podcast.

 

or license a song for $60

 

or license a song for a few hundred dollars for perpetuity.

 

Fair use act is mainly for libraries not to get sued.

 

Thought someone of you might want to know that.

 

I've read so many freaking legalize documents the last 72 hours to drive me insane.
