weapons loadout

I seem to recall a thread on one of the SF forums that described how to get the weapons loadout for your wingman and other accompanying flights to conform to the loadout selected for the lead aircraft. Any ideas on where that might be located? Thanks in advance.

Ahhh..your saying ...when you select a weapons loadout on your plane,,,all of your wingmen will have the same automaticly??

I've never heard of a way to do it, but would love to see an option like "duplicate load"

button. If there is some other workaround, I'm all ears...
