Starlifter redux fix

eburger shot me this adjusted data.ini  after i released. here is the fixes just for those that already downloaded the mod. anyone downloading fresh will get the complete mod

 

the fix includes eburgers/my data ini mellowing the flight model, swapping bombs for cargo in the loadout and tweaking the dates and ailerons for a bit better accuracy.

 

this also includes a minor fix to the euro one skin and cargo for the weapons folder.
