Help with creating first campaign

There is a guide how to make campaign ?

I know how to change planes and stuff (like weapons) in campaigns, but I want to build one with only air to ground fight. 
I play all israel campaign, and want to create something like israel vs gaza - which only air to ground from israel, but I dont know how to edit example the "Front line" in campaign.ini..

Not sure if you own it already, but there is an expansion pack that you must buy to get the campaign editor.
