Hi, I wanted to change the pilot in the stock F-15A for SF2 Europe, but it doesnt have a data.ini, so is there even a way to change the pilot without one? or can i download the data.ini from somewhere?

You'll need to extract the data.ini using the Third Wire tool.

 

FFI Have a little look in the knowledge base.
