Player Pilot Not Having to Always Lead The Flight?

I know this question has to be a very long shot!

 

But can anything be modded for example like Flight.ini so the player does not have to lead every flight in a single or campaign mission?

 

Just wondering.

The closest I think you'll get in single missions is to set up a flight of 1 aircraft for yourself and anotherr flight of one for you o treat as the lead. You wont be able to interact with this aircraft at all though - just follow him around pretending to be his wingman.
