+Gocad Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 Hi all! I was time for me to get a new Windows 10 PC, installed Strike Fighters right away and didn't notice any graphic glitches after the first run. As I have a 128 GB SSD and a 1 TB HDD, I've installed everything on the HDD, but was preprared to move my Mod files to the Saved Games folder, which is created on C: (the SSD) After copying all the files to C I've restarted the game, but the mods didn't show up, just the standard planes. Further checking on the Game install on D showed that there is now an Aircraft folder there as well. I did not see a file that defines where the Objects folders are to be placed. Anybody else got the same experience? Quote
+Coupi Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 (edited) Hello, From my experience, at first, I've installed the "core" SF2 game on the SSD (C:). Secondly, after the initial launch, the "operational" SF2 game was installed on the HDD (D:). On the D: I've created a specific directory "SIMULATEURS DE VOL". Here the lines of the "option.ini" file (HDD) [Mods]ModsEnabled=TRUEDirectory=D:\SIMULATEURS DE VOL\ThirdWire\StrikeFighters2Editors=StrikeFighters2 [screenShots]Directory=D:\SIMULATEURS DE VOL\ThirdWire\StrikeFighters2\ScreenShotsFormat=JPG Best regards, Coupi. +Gocad Posted November 15, 2015 Author Posted November 15, 2015 Merci, Coupi. I now realized why it didn't work in this first place (different usernames, lazy me) But still good to know how to arrange the mods on different drives. Quote
