WOE on steam with windows 10 crashing

Hey all,

 

I had WOE on my old lappy and my laptop died. I have a new one with windows 10 installed and it works up until it goes to load missiona nd it crashed to my desktop with no warning. Just want to play. I have patched to Oct 2008 patch and still nothing. Any help?

WOE doesn't officially support any OS after XP, so Third Wire won't really have any useful comments.

I am still running Win 7 64-bit and have always had AMD/ATi video cards, so I haven't had the problems that others have been having that past year or so.

nVidia drivers can be a problem.

I don't know what problems Windows 10 would introduce as long as the old DirectX 9 is supported other than hardware drivers.
