3DS MAx 2009 E&E Settings Help

Think I messed up my Rendering Environment settings...

 

Modellers, can someone please let me know what the default Environment and Effects settings are for:
Global Lighting (Tint and Levels value) and Ambient (Color Value)
 

Thanks in advance for your help.  As you may or may not know, best way to get there is simply press hotkey 8.
