Looking for Israel Skyhawk Maintenance Stencils

Hey there,

 

I found some decalsheets with stencils, but I don't understand them and they are for F-15, so they aren't of much help.

 

I compiled a list (Excel 2003) of the stencils used on US and some foreign Scooters for a translation. It seems though, that not all of them were used on IDF planes and I guess the wording may be different here and there. Nevertheless if someone who is fluent in hebrew can help me out here with a translation of the attached list would be a big help!
