Need CH Products Multi Functional Panel help

I have a CH Products Multi Functional Panel but can't seem to get it recognized by SF2.

 

I use a CH Products Fighterstick, Throttle and Pedals and they are recognized by the game and easily set up in the games control options.

 

I'm using CH Control Manager v4.55.

 

How do I get the MFP recognized so I can program it to use in the game?
