im having problems with the Cat file extractor tool, and with that i cant add weapons or anything. my computer has never done any updates, so i dont need to make it compatible with anything and it extracted everything fine when i first installed SFP1 (ive since reinstalled several times for different reasons) now it doesnt seem to do anything. i have plenty of aircraft that have no weapons because i cant extract the inis to add in their weapons.

It doesn't install.

Create a folder, drop the catpack.exe file in the folder.

Put a .cat file in the folder with it.

Drop the .cat file on the catpack.exe file and hit enter.

It should create a folder of the .cat file and open the .cat file in the folder.

Read the readme file carefully.

disregard, ive found a way around all this. changing everything to default weapons (guns atleast, not sure how to change ordinance). all planes have working guns now, just some i cant carry bombs or missiles.
