Campaign mission take off time question

Is there an entry in the campaign data.ini that affects what time of the day the missions occur? Having flown the Nato4 '79 and '68 campaigns I seem to get missions only in the morning, no dawn, night or dusk missions. Want to get some variation in what time of day the missions occur. In the stock Vietnam Linebacker II campaign I get missions spread out from dawn to dusk. In the Darius campaign I get some night missions. But the European campaigns seems to be stuck at morning missions.

in a campaign data.ini you find following lines:

 

NormalMissionRate=0.5
NormalMissionRateDeviation=0
OffensiveMissionRate=0.1
OffensiveMissionRateDeviation=0

 

as smaller the values as more often a mission is flown per day.

 

...missionrate=1

 

means one mission per day
