Does your profile picture look like one of these? 

Go to your profile and click the "add profile picture" (looks like an image) link that is on your profile picture upload a new image and you're all set.

Hi, I must be blind, I can't see the button to add a profile picture, or do I have to wait for some kind of validation of my profile?

This is an old thread, 2017. Lot's of changes have happened since then. I do commend on your use of the search feature, 5 stars. Yes, when your account promotes to a full member you'll have access to change your profile image. New accounts don't have that option. Let me know if you can't find it after that happens, it should be very apparent. Good to have you here, welcome.
