my wingman disappers

when i give an order to my wing man to land in the base, after he lands and touch down he disappears

is there any fix for this ??

It is not a game error, it's just that they despawn after the landing. There's no animation about them leaving the runway moving to the hangars.

Yes its one of the not so good aspects of the sim, and spoils the immersion just a bit, it is a shame they dont land and taxi back to dispersal, like you can do, but its not there, like in flight refuelling etc, but the rest of the sim makes up for it in other ways though.
