Can't Find "Making Dumb bombs Smarter"

I've been installing bomb sights for various bombers and can not find the download/read me file (Making Dumb Bombs Smarter) anywhere at Combat Ace? It is the first part of all the readme file instructions.

Kidding aside, the asnwer is yes, lots of the ini files (and others) are in Cat files

Well, the README is not that explicit about where and how to place the edited files. I've made the mods (changed the FOV and so on) but I don't know how to add the key to switch the beautiful sight view shown in the DL section (how to get the sight and its "surrondings" fga files by the way?)

That's a lot of questions, but I guess I'm not the only one that dumb (hmmm, I hope so).
