Hello everyone!

Yesterday I noticed a weird thing happening to my GIMP 2.10 (my basic skinning tool). It happens with all kinds of files - psd, tga, xcf etc. When I create a new epmty transparent layer with basic settings on top of other layers, it covers the remaining layers and all I can see is blank image. I reinstalled my  GIMP and it still happens. Here are some screens:

1. a decal I'd like to edit

2. adding a new transparent layer

Feel free to ask if you don't understand anything from the gimp settings in my screenshot, it's in Polish. I do hope some of you have an idea how to help with it.

Chris

Well, this is more than FUCKING weird. I changed the new layer's mode from normal to any other one and then back to normal aaand... MAGIC! The layer shows the way it should.

No idea. I use gimp 2.8 for everything and never seen it happen. That is weird.
