Hello, good afternoon guys, I'm very new to modeling, I wanted to know if you knew how to do (if possible) turn up the volume of a sound file, basically I extracted the sound of the main weapon of the F / A-18 Super Hornet of battlefield 3, after a lot of processes I was able to make it be heard in the game but at a very low volume for example I set it as the "Vulcan" File and in the AV-8 Harrier it is hardly heard because it is overshadowed by the sound of the Harrier's engine.
is there a way to turn up the volume?
this is the process I did to put it in the SF2: first download the audio of the video where the sound was found, I put it in FL Studio, cut the part and export it as wav, for some reason it was not heard so I put the exported in Audacity and export it again and there it worked but well you know at very low volume

What I think you need to do is extract the soundlist.ini and add that sound listing. I'm unable to post (I've been accessing the site on my phone) an entry to modify. Or use the same file that's in your Flight folder if you have a modded folder. Simply add another entry in sequential order and that should fix that issue sound-wise.

perfect is there any way to contact you, because as I said I am very new to this and I do not know how to extract the soundlist.ini

You gotta go in the Downloads section to the SF2 cat extractor in the utilities section. Once you download that you extract the Flight cat (I believe that's the right one) and edit the appropriate file. You can PM me but it's going to be the same either way. Besides someone can chime in and help you further with it as using my phone sucks for helping somebody out.
