How to know if Dirextx 10 is working also how to get this bloom effect

Screenshot is by @Nightshade/PR how to get bloom effect like the screenshot made by night shade. Also how to know if directx 10 is working and its not using directx9?

I'm using Menrva's Environmental Mod and running DX12. Hope this helps.

woah now how do you run dx12? like is there an option I have rtx 2060 super

Same Card I use. Make sure you're running the latest drivers.

This will give you the latest version of DX from Microsoft.

I got the latest drivers but my question here is how to change the direct version that the game is running on like is there an option in the config file I have to change to activate the newest version of directx in the game

the game is DX10 only
go to your mod folder and check the options.ini and make sure ForceDX9=FALSE

He beat me to it.

I adjusted the Global 3D settings on my card to what I liked visually, applied them to the Program settings for the game, run with the settings at unlimited, and this works for me. Some people I'm sure use other methods, but I went this route and I'm happy with the effects.
