Assist Request for Bombing/Radio/Camera missions

Newbie Question Warning!

OK, I've 'WOFF BH&H II', mod level 1.3.7. I've downloaded the 'Default Key Guide', I've figured out how to equip the plane with a camera, radio, or bombs (As the mission calls for). Sadly, I've yet to figure out how to use them. Pre-mission, I load required item. Over target, and the following the Guide, I go to the Bombardier location (F11), but when I attempt to select the weapon/payload (Shift + S), it tells me that it doesn't exist. Nor, does 'Fire/Drop Ordnance' (Button 3) do anything.

So, might someone point me towards a 'How To' on how to: Drop Bombs, Use Radio and Take Photos/Change Plates?

Hallo @Grumman60,

go to the download-side from BH&H2. There you will find in the description from version 1.37 the link "Recon War Notes", download it. You will find the commands for taking photos, messages and  notes (Shft+P, +R, +I and D) in the text. You don't need Shft+S.

Look at the list of "sticky" threads on this forum. Pick the one entitled "BH & H II Version 1.21 Recon Wars – Notes". It has all the required directions.

If you are trying to drop a bomb - the default key is Backspace  (cycles through ordinance  - shown as "Select Next Weapon").

It seems that Shift+S is forward select ("Select next payload") in the WOFF keys program, but checking it here it doesn't seem to work, I have never used that personally - always Backspace.

Once you have selected it, you then need to release it.  Space bar, or you can assign to a joystick button if you like via workshop - "Re-Map Keys/Controllers" option which launches the WOFF app to do this.  See FAQ for more info on assigning keys.
