I'm with FastCargo, as much as I love flightsim's some of the community really make my teeth ache with their "gimmie, gimmie, I want" atitude. Give the modders a break and a hearty round of applause for all their time and effort in making the Thirdwire sims so good. dad finds out I'm Gay?

Hello all, was wondering if there is a tool to adjust flight models in WOV/WOE? Have read the basic ini editing flight control, in the knowledge base but was hoping for a little more depth on the subject. I just dont know enough about flight modeling to even make an educated guess. Am flying the Jaguar in WOE at the moment, and strewth it can be a handful. My stick is a Saitek-X52 which is correctly setup but the aircraft just does not feel right to me. If someone would like to share their knowledge on the subject of flight models I would really appreciate their input. thanks in advance......................................eccles

Thanks Buff, well I have found out there is a problem with my X-52 joystick, so have uninstalled it and have downloaded new drivers and a recalibration tool from the Saitek website. Hopefully this will fix the problem, which is the twist grip [Rudder] not centering properly. It has been intermitant, but regularly calibrate my stick anyway. It is only in the Thirdwire sims I seem to "suffer". What the hell I love 'em so much, and I'll beat that Jaguar into submission yet! cheers.....................eccles

Hello Lexx_Luthor, yup I'll have to dive in and try my luck. To me the numbers are intimidating period! Have blown up a number of times and have "tweaked" the Harrier so bad it just it just spun around and around on the runway until I lost my lunch. Fortunately I back up the Data.ini files so "normal" flight can be resumed. cheers............................eccles

Hello all, have just bought WOE, install was no problem. But when I create a single mission I'm stuck in 1985, have modified just about all the aircrafts Data.ini files to read service end year 2007 but no go! Have installed Bunyaps weapons pack, what else do I need to do? Mission type does not matter either, its 1985 or nothing. At the moment I have WOE installed on its lonesome, if I wanted is it possible to do a merged install with WOV as well? Thanks in advance. cheers eccles

Thank you for the replies, Managed to get a Kfir up to 43,500ft at 2am this morning and that was about it. Maybe could have gone higher but my eyelids were starting to droop. Will be getting WOE, as soon as I can find a copy over here [Oz]. YAP sounds like the biz too. So many great addons, so little time. Look forward to the Mirage 2000 fighters when they become available. Have downloaded a beauty for FS9 the 2000N, 2000A and the 2000L. cheers for now eccles

Hello eveyone, long time reader, first time poster. Really would like some advice on where to buy WOE, WOV. I live in Australia and would like to own these sims. Have Strike fighters and love it to death, flying the F-4 Phantom is a blast, although the bugger can be a handful at times. If anyone from Oz knows if the games have been released over here it would be a help. If not where can I get it online? Have tried searching myself but have had no luck.
