Head over to Frugal's World and learn how to fix the airbrake control. In most units it's installed incorrectly and will break after very little use. I think you need to pull the base of the stick apart and make sure that they've lubed the gimbal as well. Sometimes they leave the factory with no lube and since the gimbal is made of ZAMAK it's a fairly soft metal that will break down in no time with no lube.

What the russians are doing is no different than what nations did in the past when dealing with pirates. They're called corsairs, look it up. Basically mercenaries of the sea and it's legal. And regardless of how some of you feel about it IMHO the good pirate is the dead pirate. Kill 'em however you can. It'll stop when they fear for their safety at every turn.

If you're using 1.1 or later version of LOMAC (Flaming Cliffs) go into your Config folder and delete any TrackIR files that exist. TIR should work then.

Try setting the second to last waypoint to a tanker. Then home. The AI is stupid, they'll go for the nearest base if they're low on fuel.

Set each flights return and landing waypoint to the airfield you want them to land at.

In the game control panel make sure you have shadows set to "All Planar". There's an issue with full shadows that hasn't been addressed with the newer nVidia drivers and new vid cards such as the one you have. In your driver control panel make sure you have the selection under Texture Filtering set to "Quality"

I have a Creative Zen, which is my 3rd Creative MP3 player and I love it. I had a buddy ask me to register his account with his IPood on my computer so he would be able to have access to my 40+gigs of music. I really hate the fact that IPood restricts what kinds of media you can use. If you have two Apple products you can't use one database to add music to the both of them. I'll stick with Creative. Besides, I use mine for work every day and the last one I had I retired after 3 years. My g/f's 14 y/o is using it. All it needed was a new $18 battery, which I was able to replace.

There aren't any "blank" skins. They're all painted. You'll need a template that has panel lines, rivits, etc and AFAIK they're only available for the flyable aircraft. You can check Lockonfiles.com for the template downloads.

It looks to me that you'd use that thru the Start/Run command but I don't know how to do it. I don't even know if it works. ModMan has a CDDS extractor that works well. The only thing is that it extracts the BMP's as 32 bit. You have to run them thru a photo editing program such as Photoshop and remove the alpha channel and save as 24 bit. What textures do you need extracted?

Are you talking about extract textures in the LOMAN or ModMan program?

It's a Medium Range Missile and the '33 can't carry one IRL.

Almost a year ago I finished a movie starring SIMMOD's A-10 flown on our server by our squadron. About 3 months ago I got a message saying it was being removed because WMG (Warner Music Group) were disputing the copyright. I didn't know my rights but thankfully I caught a post over at ED and followed the directions spelled out . I re-uploaded the vid and even before processing was complete it was flagged for removal. I followed the directions and voila! My vid was "approved". You can check out CAS on my YouTube page. I know many of you have seen it but check it out again. It's a lot of fun to watch. I wanted to spread the word that the RIAA and WMG are a bunch of douches who could care less about fair use and non-profit. Thankfully our congressmen have enacted laws to protect the consumer, these have been in effect since 1976. There are laws protecting fair use in almost every country. Score one for the little guy in this case.
