Hey there! about not being able to play on a bad PC. im actually playing on a pretty old laptop myself, and it doesnt have the best specs. When i first ran SF2, it was stuttering all over the place. It sure is, even with my limiting hardware, i can experience partially how it is to fly these jets. Amazing game, im slowly learning more about.
