Can't See The Skins

Hmmmm.....I've downloaded some sweet looking skins (by Mitch) but I'm having some trouble getting them into the sim. I'm using LoMan2 and it says it has inserted them OK. I can see the bitmaps in the bazar\temtextures directory but for some reason they don't show up in the game...even when I launch LockOn from within LoMan. Does anyone have any ideas...I must be doing something wrong. Many thanks, Tim
