Well, as the guy who build the 3D model, I think I can answer that question.
I WANTED A J32 TO FLY SO I MADE ONE. I DON'T USE COCKPITS SO I DIDN'T MAKE ONE. I RELEASED THE MODEL TO THE COMMUNITY SO OTHER PEOPLE WHO WANTED TO HAVE A J32 IN THE GAME COULD USE MY MODEL. IF YOU WANT A COCKPIT FOR IT - GET OFF YOUR ASS AND MAKE ONE.
If you don't like it, just delete it from your PC. You didn't pay for it, you didn't do jack shit other than click on a link and yet you feel as though you have the right to complain? Shut your mouth and be appreciative rather than being a whiny little bitch.
