  1. And these will be released tomorrow, Dave? Oops, I forgot the rule.
  2. I agree that the ODS mod is very A+. I just like creating the single missions of flying a 2 x F-15E, F-16, or F/A-18 to destroy 1 or 2 Mitsubishi vans or gun positions. Not a lot of eye candy, but contemporary real world.
  3. Is there any chance for a 2003 OIF campaign? Hell, we have the terrain and all of the necessary aircraft. Just no air to air action. But at least we have Bombcats!
  4. AF Finance NCO awarded Bronze Star

We may never know the whole story behind this situation. Maybe she didn't want it, but her leadership pushed her to accept it. But who knows... I know of leadership that doesn't want to give out medals. To summarize their thoughts: 'Combat arms soldiers are supposed to get shot at/blown up in combat Why do they deserve a medal for that? That's in their duty description'. And, as a result, hundreds of soldiers came home from this particular deployment without anything at all.
  5. Congratulations to My Wife

    Congrats to you both!
  6. AF Finance NCO awarded Bronze Star

Let's face the facts, my friends. With force management (i.e. layoffs) being implemented, one should take the awards and kudos one can get. The force management board (i.e. the guys that decide upon the layoffs) might have to choose between an E-6 that does have a BSM, and an E-6 that doesn't. With a situation like this, take a guess as to who will get to stay around, and who will be handed the outprocessing checklist? With the way things are now, a decision will come down to 'how high is' your physical fitness test score, or how good/not good do you look in your official photo....

File Name: ANG KC-135R Skins Part 3 File Submitter: CavtankerKyle File Submitted: 31 December 2011 File Category: SF2 Series Add On Skins ANG KC-135R StratoTanker Skins Part 3 Contained within this pack are skins for the following ANG units: 117th ARW - Alabama ANG. I found an online photo with a special 'Auburn' tail art on a Alabama ANG KC-135R from 2007. 126th ARW - Illinois ANG. I found a photo with updated Illinois ANG tail art on airfighters.com from 2011. 121st ARW - Ohio ANG. Updated file for Iowa ANG: I re-vamped the tail for this aircraft with a new font that closely resembles the actual tail on the 185th ARW's KC-135Rs. Installation: 1) Unzip and place the Ohio ANG, Alabama ANG 2007 and Illinois ANG 2011 folders in your KC-135R main folder. 2) Add the texture sets to your KC-135R.ini file. Open the Iowa ANG folder from the previous pack that you installed. Paste the new .bmp file in this pack in the folder from the previous pack, and allow for overwrite. This will replace the old file with the new (and better!) file. Thanks to the following: - TK and Thirdwire - 'Dave' for the following: - For the KC-135R model original release. - The 'ANG' on the tail and the ANG emblem on all of the skins were taken from the KC-135E model. - Due to lack of references on the tail numbers, all of the skins in this pack use the KC-135E tail numbers. - airliners.net, airfighters.com, and af.mil for skin references Happy Tanking! Also, the Rhode Island tailwork is actually on a C-130J model, but I didn't find that out until after I designed the skin, so I included it anyways. Feel free to not install if you so choose.
