Just installed Veltro's Whirlwind, During takeoff plane reach's 85 kts and thats it, It will not takeoff. If I start in air, plane flys fine. I am in WOE without lastest patch. Any Ideals ???

I tried Both ideals, Nether one worked. There was one thing that happened. when tried to install and reinstall. it locked up both times at end of installation. But when I checked in Program Files it was there. And the file did open? I even tried downloading from other sites. Anymore ideals? Thanks VH
