  1. I made this model a while ago and I've been looking for a good sim to put it into. SF was suggested to me which turned out great. I couldn't find much info other than the exporter notes so I toyed around replacing an existing plane to get it to work. With some more fiddling I got it work pretty damn well; with animations and everything. I even have a rough cockpit going now. On to the pictures: Firing the Mauser BK27 Lowres temp cockpit. Ugh. The model is 99% complete, textures needs some work in areas. But it works great ingame, amazingly well for just a few days of work.
  2. SA version with Meteor and IRIST missiles. :) USAFMTL and team are going to improve the ini stuff for me after I fix whatever visual stuff I can find; which right now is just some texture polish.
  3. *suddenly appears* I'm trying to finish this now, at least visually, and release a 'beta' that maybe someone else can fix and improve. It's mostly config stuff like weapon values and flight model that's probably incorrect. Here's something to look at atleast :)
  4. Just posting to say that I will finish this. I'm just a bit busy with things that have a higher priority right now. So, thanks for the continuing interest, guys. I'll try to make it worth the wait. :)
  5. Don't worry, I won't abandon it. I have a few things left to do that's trivial(minor cockpit stuff, decals) and some missiles to finish. Then I'll probably release the C version first.
  6. Great job on the pit! I know how much work it is myself. Huvudvarning means "master caution" I think. The other text looks almost right, some corrections in bold: "Ställ gasratten i läge MS" "Fäll via behov av yttre last" "Landa Snarast" "Om start ej kan fullföljas" At least this is what I think it should say. Keep up the good work!
  7. Just to show some progress; Hungarian version: I wish I could make a realistic FM for it but I really don't know where to begin.

  10. Wow, great detail shots on that site! I'm adding those to my collection. The sendmefile site seems to be down at the moment, maybe it comes back up soon. But I can do fine with that image you posted.
  11. I made a Litening III targeting pod because it might come in handy.
  12. I'll release both, they're very similar. The biggest difference is that the D version doesn't have a cannon. Speaking of cannon: I recorded the sound from that video and now use it for the cannon :)
  13. A shot of the Czech version: Thanks for helping out. I'll try to do some more trial and error tests with the mfd instruments. Regarding RWR, I've put it together with the radar in the right mfd. There's not much to do with those in regards to emulating the real thing obviously so I'm just trying to match the general look and hopefully have them be useful. It would be cool to have different instruments for different modes like in the F-18 but I'm not sure if it's possible on that scale.
  14. Thanks, I got it to work earlier but not the rpm. It just goes to 001 for some reason. Note the new stick :) I'll look into the store display stuff and see what can be done.
  15. I got the altimeter digits working but not the temp and rpm. I'm beginning to wonder if it's even possible. I've thought about that, it's a cool idea. I'm definitely going to do the dualseat version after I'm done and then look into the hypothetical versions.
  16. Some more stuff working: I'm trying to figure out how to make counters now. I don't get how the movement type "ANALOG_COUNTER" works. Is it possible to make a counter that uses texture_v as movement?
  17. That worked great, thanks! Let's see if I can get most of these working. I wonder if it's possible to do something like that weapon indicator that show what types loaded to each pylon?
  18. Some progress on the pit: I got some of the MFD instruments sort of working. The attitude indicator(I think) only works for banking but the temp and rpm works and I think those vertical ones are possible to make. I don't know what those top ones are(I'm terrible at flight instruments); anyone know? Real mfd:
  19. Very early South African texture. I love their paint scheme.
  20. I've had some time to work on this again, can't promise when it'll be finished though. The model has been remapped and I've added decals of the numbers and markings. The whole surface looks much sharper now. I'm still wrestling with the instruments, trying to figure out what's possible to do. Here's some shots:
  21. There's no progress to update on right now since I haven't got around to working on it for some time. But I'm going to try to finish it very soon.
