  2. You can install your SF2 on your SSD and have your mod folder on your regular HDD! What you do is create your modded exe, and it will go to my documents saved games thirdwire folder. In your mod folder, open your options ini. THere you will see two file paths for the mod and the screenshots. Move everything except the options.ini to your regular HDD and make sure the path in your options.ini points to that new location.

    I can try to squeeze in some pylon time for the Su-20 next week, finally on summer vacation but the missus will be working so I can have a couple of weekdays to myself before leaving for sunny Cyprus on the 29th. Unless ofcourse you were wanting/planning to do those Martin?
  4. There is, basics is the more supply you have and the more aircraft the squadron has, the more planes it puts up. You can also alter the formations.ini if you want to, probably need to if you really want large numbers.

    Awesome, nice details there esp. the landing gear! Maybe the starting point for a whole new family of SF2 Fishbeds? I don't suppose there are any cockpit source files avaliable anywhere?
  6. Amariani for weathering try this: Take the silver basic skin from the P-51D and have it as a separete layer on top of your camoflage, set blendng option to multiply or overlay in photoshop, adjust brightness/contrast if needed. Quick and easy weathering and panel lines..

  8. Oh russ it's almost like you read my mind on the Iraqi F-7B But I highly doupt they were ever outfitted with R-73s.. It seems that even the Fulcrum only had R-60MKs. PL-7s maybe? Obligatory screenies:

  20. I agree that both the MiG-17 and MiG-19 could use a lot more polys. For someone with access to the source files it would be relatively straightforward (read: TK) but with Cocas Lim-6 around the corner who knows? I've always had a weak spot for the MiG-19 so you never know

  24. Thx strahi some good info there for sure! Work on the Mirage is going well laying finishing touches really. There are always a million things to tweak but at some point you just have to call it a day. Here is an Iraqi F.1EQ5 with an ATLIS II laser designator pod and AS-30Ls striking Iranian positions!
