    I am pretty amped, that's for sure. Sure, everyone has got a personal wish list, mine has mostly to do with wingman AI and comms, but I am grateful for anything really. After all, we all know that this is a one man show making a game for a very niche market. And even though sim markets have been blessed with pretty neat stuff I prefer TK's offerings. They push the right buttons
  5. Great work! Though I second Stary on making the dimples bigger! What resolution are you using for your texture maps and how many for the plane? Just wondering for my MiG-25.

  9. Mercenary Black Ops flying for Paran in '72, the Tunnan is quite a match for the F-4s as long as you stay low to dodge the Sparrows and out of reach of the gun. Tactics are everything though in this no radar, no BVR capability, no RWR machine. I love it

  11. thx spillone! Yeah I like the Havoc and I can say I'm quite confident it's accurate as well! Modelling for sims is a real PITA compared to say your run of the mill fantasy game. I have worked on the fuselage and wings a lot more, but it is very difficult to be sure if you are on the right track or not... I must be the only guy who likes uvmapping more than modeling. I just have this nagging feeling the the fuselage needs to be almost spot on before there is any point in starting to make all the cavities for landing gears et cetera...
  12. I'm interested to help do the cockpit, but I can't promise super fast work on this. I guess the cockpit work is lost as well? The model of the A is excellent, but I seriously think there needs to be a new exterior model as well.. Any takers? I can promise that if someone is willing to make a new exterior MiG-29 model, I will uvmap it and even texture it, and also make a cockpit! SMT cockpit MiG-29A MiG-29SMT: Note the very large dorsal spine and also other smaller changes...
  13. Both things happened to me! Though the random plane crash on runway seems to be more frequent... In a Dhimar vs., Paran camp i've been running, the MF F/A-18A+ keep detonating in mid air without reason... it's weird! But that must be some kind of plane specific bug I think, since it happened so often.

  18. Yep will make LODs. The poly count will anyway remain low because of the simple and angular shape. It didn't get the nickname "flying suitcase" for nothing, you know At the risk of derailing the thread here is the Mi-28N that I made, cockpit is only half done because of NO references for the Mi-28N cockpit...

  20. @Flogger23: Probably as an AI only at first, since the cockpit is very different! Not only gray colored but different gun sight et cetera... Very very early WIP of the exterior, still quite inaccurate... It is very difficult for me to work this kind of model since i havent done it since like 2008 when I modeled an Mi-28.. But I'm getting there, it is quite different from working on the cockpit. only 10k tris so far... target around 25k? EDIT: Could some mod remove the "cockpit" from the thread title?

  23. Fint jobbat J! It says a lot that you are actually the first guy to release a campaign for Sf2 that is not just a tweaked original! I hope to be working on the Draken soon-ish but with crazy Christmas times coming out I probably wont have anything super soon...

Well the PD ie improved interceptor is no1 priority, after that RB in some version or versions, the diffirences gameplay wise are so miniscule between the myriad of RBs, RBK, RBS, et c that i might bunch them as one "RB". Then BM sead aircraft Thanks! Haha yeah lol @ the first picture i posted. Thx, I wish to use it soon too :) Afraid of the ini bit Thanks man, and also, NooOOoooOO I have put too much time making it specifically a mig25PD to have it be jury-rigged as something else But do give me a shout if you need something, at least the instrumentation is very similar on all era soviet a/c. Also Stary and all others, I recommend a toolbox initially made for Arma2 modding for 3ds max, it has in built texture baking functionality and other nifty stuff, like instant reference planes creation, very handy for all sim vehicle building not only Arma2. looky here: http://forums.bistud...ead.php?t=82188
