  1. Fallen Angel V2.1

Here is a WWII campaign over Europe(V 2.1). It starts in the summer of 1943. You can fly the P-47, P-38, P-51, B-17, B-24, A-26, Hurricane, Spitfire, Typhoon, Lancaster, or Mosquito. Prepare to fight against Bf-109s, Fw190s, Bf-110s, and even the dreaded Me-262. This campaign requires a great deal of downloads. It is best to install on a fresh, WWII, install of WOE. All of the downloads should be available on Combat Ace. Thanks for the modders, who created these fine machines. Read the readme for more details. Feedback is appreciated. Enjoy!

    ***Changes from V1.0***

    - Hs129B2 changed to Hs129B3.

    - 55th fighter group now features my new Nose Art skin for the P-38H.

    - Fixed a problem with the BF109f4 squadrons not showing up.

  2. Hmmm, man, in 1985 we was potential enemies

In official doctrine, western states were imperialists for us.

But today it is funny for me, hehe.

It was unusual era that cold war :dntknw:

I downoloaded your campaign, and as I can see, there are some ex czechoslovak (today czech) airfields and planes based on them.

It looks like WERY INTERESTING campaign for me. Ther are many various aircrafts, in your campaigndata.ini.

I will need a few days to download, install and play this campaign, but I can't wait

Everybodys your brother til the rent comes due.

  3. For some reason every time I try and upload the campaign. I get this message:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

    Most likely causes:

You are not connected to the Internet.

    The website is encountering problems.

There might be a typing error in the address.

    What you can try:

    Diagnose Connection Problems

    More information

I have tried zip, tar, and others. I get the same result. Anyone know how to fix this?

  4. Red Swarm V1.0 - 1985 WOE Campaign

I needed a campaign to have most of my favorite planes all together. I hadn't seen very many campaigns in the 80's, so I picked a date that would be able to feature them. It's 1985 and the superpowers have fallen into a great war. NATO vs Warsaw Pact. You can play as The USAF, The USN, USMC, RAF, West Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Italy, or even Australia. Fly anything from mighty F-15 and F-14s, to Swedish Viggens, to lumbering P-3 Orions. It's a bare fisted, all out, brawl. Credit to all the true hard work is in the readme. Have fun.

  5. Hello, everyone. :-)

I already repacked Su-27-TVC but still have no refly e-mail from marcfighters.combatace.com.

so I have no permission now, I cannot upload modified Su-27-TVC (the orig add-on was made by Marcfighter Team).

If Marc Team see this, please check your e-mail and refly me.

Su-27-TVC is a minor version of Su-37, like Su-27SMK(a minor version of Su-35 for export) with TVC.

Here, I attach some captured screenshot of Su-27-TVC. (This is only in my harddisk now.)

It looks like the same mod I did on the Mig-29OVT. I had the same issues with pitch angles. I don't think TK has any way to support TV in a realistic way.

  6. Hey all. i just wanted to get a third-party opinion as to what sort of performance i should expect from my PC running Thirdwire sims. I am currently getting what i would classify as "low-middle" performance. Standard FPS is in the 30's to 60's with drops to under 20 in certain demanding situations.

    Specs:

    Intel mobile motherboard

    1.8Ghz Intel Core Duo CPU

ATI Radeon Mobility X1600 with 128 VRAM

    2 Gigs of PC5300 RAM

    On-board Sigmatel audio

LCD display seemingly locked to 60hz refresh rate

(Truth be told, my machine is an Intel iMac running Windows XP SP2)

What do you think? Bottom-range? Middle-range? Your opinions on my machine's suitability for Thirdwire sims, LOMAC, and IL-2 welcome...

    Thanks...

Hey there. I have almost the same setup, except I have an AMD 3 gig CPU. All the games run fine. Loading is a little slow, with the number of mods that I have installed. I would say mid range.

  7. so what files need to be the same? Just the objects folder? What about changes I've made to Huddata.ini in the flight folder? btw i'm in WoE, NATO 1+2, with environment pack - but what about bunyaps weapon pack?

edit: my vote is for co-op

Thia is a great idea. I have yet to play any of these on-line. I agree with Saywhat? NATO 1&2 would be cool, because it has a majority of cool jets, and is easy to install. Would we have to have the same weapons pack installed?

  8. Mostly prolonged development issues, professional sports and real life issues getting in the way of us flying Flankers, Mirage 2ks, Rafales, Saab Gripens and Foxhounds but progress is being made, And just going by the development photos, they're looking damn fine indeed!!

I didn't include the F-22 or the F-35 in the above statement as they are quite obviously chumpy, white elephant aircraft! jk :tomato:

(well, only about the F-22. I meant that about the F-35 )

I can't wait to see what a flanker looks like when its blowed up.
