  1. Flying Tigers Campaign - beta V1.1

Here is my Flying Tigers campaign, that I have been messing around with from time to time. It is fun to play! More changes to come. Read the readme! I have to give a big thanks to all those mentioned in the readme, for their hard work to make this happen. Enjoy!

I had to include a China ini file and a new readme.

  2. Go into the aircraft's folder. If the plane is XXX, then open the file XXX_loadout.ini, with a text editor. At this point I should mention that there may be another reason why the weapons are not showing. Make sure that you have the newest weapons pack installed. Make sure that the weapons come up in the loadout screen, while playing. Definatly download the newest weapons editor. You can also look through the weapons.ini file to see what's available. Lastly make sure that the correct weapons are noted in the loadout.ini.

  3. Thx from answer.

It was my own fault. I must give ordance by manual to those Roster pilots.

I didnt know about that thing. Game Manual speak nothing about that too. LOL

    Sorry, now arming is clear.

    AAFG_Sturmo

They should have a default loadout. Sometimes, I have to alter the loadout.ini with the correct weapons. If the loadout is correct, then your wingmen should have weapons automatically.

  4. I am having issues with the Solomons campaigns. Everytime that I have an anti_ship mission with the TBF, it locks up. It locks up right after I select the squadron. I checked that there are cargo ship targets, and it works fine in single mission mode. I am also having other problems. The USN ships in the harbors and the us AAA are shooting at me. For the life of me I can't find the cause to any of these problems. HELP!!! I downloaded the Solomons full campaign from CA. Any suggestions out there at all?

  5. The A26 was built during WW2, but seen action in the Korean War and Vietnam. I may have moved the Skins to match the location of the Aircraft Add-On that they get applied to. I could do a simple fix and rename the WW2 section to : WW2-Korean War, but the overall plan is to remove the era tags all together and lists each aircraft skin by the model number to which it should apply. Thus it will eventually be listed under A26 and varients as I will likely but A26, B26, A26A all in one skin category....but that would depend somewhat on which model that they are made for.

As these categories become more and more filled, we definitely need to stay on top of the organization of the entire section. This is quite a task with the incredible support we get from modders uploading the mods. You are correct that since there was no "Correct" section that it should just be put in general. Give me a few days and I'll attempt to sort the entire SKINS section out by weeks end.

    Cheers!~

  6. Personally, I don't think the AI is any smarter. On hard settings, they may sometimes attempt to come at you, but they don't seem to want to shoot bullets. You can be a double Ace in a single mission if they send enough planes at you.

However, just try the add-on Gotha and the Gotha missions. You get a bloody nose going up against those gun-bristling monsters.

Yeah, I went up against a gaggle of Gothas, and got shot in the face. Now I jump them from above.

Awsome game. I am glad that I downloaded it.

  7. Don't you mean the USN  jk.

I'd always heard russian engines were complete dogs and maintenance hungry like a tomcat... Something like 50 maintenace hours per flight hour for a tommy. Something like that.

The Russian MIG-29s have fairly short lives, but that is because they also have poor maintanance. On the hand former East German MIG-29s that served with reunified Germany were much better maintained, and were more reliable.
