Fuel Tanks for AF-18A?

Hello, I do not have fuel tanks for some of the aircrafts for example AF-18A and such. i read in culumn5 that I need to find the FRS_DATA in weapons but I cant find it the FRS_DATA? is it a .msn or .cat?
