Hi Guys, Been awhile since I have released a skin with the work on the Scorpion and all so I though I would wack something up tonight for you. This one is the Dark Blue Korean War Scheme worn By Skyraiders During the conflict. I think I have stumbled onto the perfect Colour contrast for this Camo. What do you think? Anyhow the skin will be up for download tommorrow night, I have a few other things to be worked out on it first. Also the release will be of just a Flat Blue skin and the insiginia on the Fuselage for all the Decal artists to work on :) I will start making Proper marked ones after that, and before you ask Yes I have the Open Canopy Mod from Monty so I could test the new external cockpit I was painting. Thats will be in the latest Download Pack for the Skyraider. It will be out for release shortly, but i got it as I was going some work on the skyraider for monty :) Volks

well Fm is being worked on Now by D.O., I have done some work with other things like lights, weapons and stuff like that. I should think its not to far away now. I was talking to Monty about other versions of the Scorpion but I am not sure what he is wanting to do about it yet Volks

I just checked all my skins for the skyraider and they are 512x512, like D.O said. I have been flying it abit after the patch and its really great Now, Take a while lot of AAA before it finally goes done. Also after the patch I dont seem to have the invisible Prob anymore. I always thought it was to do with the weapons, It used to happen when the aircraft was fully loaded but once a certian amount of weapons, or if jettisoned, where gone the plane would stop dissapering. Why it doesnt dissaper might be because of another reason which I might investigate now :) Volks

Scorpion Update, Monty is doing an excellent job on it and D.O is doing the INI's for the plane now. I have been working on the skin: What do you think? Its work in progress but you can see what its going to look like. Looks better in the game to :) Volks

Well so far its going to copy the original Texture and then I might spice it up alittle. So far its 1 hour old and I intend to resize the 300 on the nose. What do you think? Volks

I just got into combat with the skyraider! Took up a Mig 21 in a single mission and found the primary target to be the Skyriader. The ATOL's would not Track it so I had to bring them down with Guns. I managed to get in behind the first one and a quick burst to the right wing blew it off and the skyraider quickly spun to the ground. I managed to get another 2 in similar fashion. I ended the mission with a big smile on my face. Great to see the aircraft in the game and in the gunsight. Great work my all concerned in the project. Thanks for the great work! Volks
