Weapon Editor doesn´t work

Hi! I have used the las update (Oct 2008) for woe and applies Nato Fighters Campaing (I,II,III and IV) and the weapon and the gun editor doesn´t work. I have used compatibility mode with windows 95 and 98 in my XP. The program opens but when i push the button "open" or "import" the window dissapears. Could somebody help me? Thank you!! -
