  1. Good news and bad news on this front.... Good news... * I am still working on it and the Libyan Navy is defianetly upsizing from the original map release (now besides just patrol boats they have their Frigates, Corvettes, Subs, and Fast Attack Craft) * I am doing some moderate city revamping as well as far as targets such as adding docks, etc in the cities of Libya that had naval bases. * I am looking deeper into SAM locations and possible SAM sites in Libya to possibly move the SAm sites around into new locations. * I am also adding a few more targets into the airbases (tanks, trucks etc.) Bad news.... * Gonna be a bit longer until release of both the map and the campaign.
  2. My WOV is 11GB with original files and addons.
  3. I guess I am too dumb for this one. I have used the Cargo_ship edit and still no ships appears. When I edit the Terrain_Targets.ini to be just a cargo ship.... poof there it is. Change it back to a Koni or OSA II and... poof gone. Era time frame is correct. Shippings lanes are there in the Terrain_Movement.ini. All regular cargo and patrol boat targets are always there just the add-on Koni, Kilo and OSAII will never show up.

  5. I have run into a small snag it appears. I have added on several new groun dtargets and for some reason they do not appear. I am not sure why or how they do not appear. the groundobject.ini has been updated properly, everything is as it should be in the folders, the objects show up in the quick mission creator, but when I actually fly the map nothing is there. Just empty water...... As soon as I get that figured out I will get the updated version of the Libya map up for download and finish tweaking on the campaign itself after that.
  6. Sorry I have been on the road (flying) for the last three weeks. I spent a week in Boston followed by a week in LA. This week was all about getting my work at home (Denver) caught up. I will get back kicking on this on Sunday probably while I watch football. I promise I have not forgotten or dropped this. I am still updating the Libya map as well so it takes a little bit. Sorry for the wait.
  7. The movement.ini's are updated so far for all land targets. I need to check out the d/b for sea targets and the proper names I need to employ. Unfortunately the project is on theporary hold for me. I will be traveling to Boston and LA areas for the next three weeks. I will get hard to work on it again when I get back though.
  8. Champ Car Mod for rFactor

    This is by far one of my most favorite mods now for RFactor. The cars handle like a dream around Indy and yes, are far more of a forgiving car to drive period than the F1 cars. Fantastic mod but of course I have yet to see a bad one from IDT.
  9. Yes the movement part is going fine. I am able to move stuff by the x,y coordinates pretty easily. After I move several objects I get to make that long flight along the coastline to make sure that everything did in fact move properly. I am sure that besides all that the objects in the water will increase in number. The Libyan Navy..... from what I can tell looking at the targets.ini is not close to what they had. Just means more anti-shiping missions to be flown hopefully.
  10. Ya i thought it a bit strange and scratched my head for a bit when I flew over Benghazi and found three patrol boats parked in the middle of downtown. I found two warehouses probably 200 yards offshore that one really had me head scratching.
  11. I have been adding some more ground targets to make ground attacks worthwhile. More vehicles at airbases and such not. I am also finding several other items that need to be moved about and relocated in some cases. I have found boats on dry land and warehouses in the water. I have already reworked the movement routes and will probably be adding some more. Several more terrorist training camps have been "built" for your bombing pleasures. I am working on many various things for the updated Libya map. She should be looking a bit better by the time I am done with her.

  16. I have a NVidia card with the latest drivers and it still happens (well happened) for me with the A-7E only. I just replaced the A-7E_shadow.shdwith the A-7A_shadow.shd , edited the .ini for the A-7E and she works fine now.
  17. The image circled in red.... what is it and where can I find it??? The plane pictured is an F-111 from the 27th Fighter Wing but that is not the badge (insignia) for the 24th Fighter Wing. It is also not the insignia for any of the Squadrons under the 27th Fighter Wing. I have a feeling it is a Fighter Command logo or something similar but I can not find it. Some help would be appreciated.
  18. I fully agree on that however, I did not assume that many of the players would want to make that flight every mission that they flew. Maybe if I see feedback outherwise I will edit the F-111 units to be Player Flown.
  19. That is quite fine by me. The F-111 units are all going to be AI planes anyway. That is a LONG flight from Sigonella to many of the targets in Libya.
  20. WOW. Could I please have the skins/insignia for the 27th? I am using them in my Operation Thunderhead for Libya.
  21. I have done alpha channels for my RFactor cars and they have always worked. I for some stupid reason following the exact same procedure can not get them to work in WOV.
  22. I think it would probably fit into the Tactical Air Command. It is afterall the 27th TFW 522nd, 523rd and 524th TFS. Yes, it did ship off to Canon AFB. The nose insignia is a 27th TFW badge. I have gotten the correct insignia now. Now to try and fuddle with the darn alpha channels to get tail codes to show up properly.
  23. Bingo. Found it after you said that. For some reason the terminology was escaping my mind.
  24. That looks like it is a combination of alpha channel and size problems. The other thing may be not necessarily the size of your .tgs file but a size problem in the decalfile.
