Missing Default Weapons

Well I got the weapons to work. Now the WP weapons have the NATO AA and WP R. And do you need to download 7-zip? If so where? -
Hi I'm new. Today I learned how to get downloads to work for Wings Over Europe. I wanted more bombs and missiles so I downloaded the weapons pack. I started off with all the weapons, both default and third party. When I closed WOE and started it later I had no weapons! Then I redownloaded the weapons pack and have some now. How exactly did this happen and will it happen again? Also I don't know how to get the rar downloads to work. Can someone teach me how? Thanks!
