I understand that but what i meant to ask was This: Ravenclaw_007 created the Twin sensor pod mod for the F-14D to be added on to the Mirage factory's F-14A to make it look like a 'D' model Likewise is it possible to do the something similar here by creating the twin nosewheel as an add-on for the stock Su-27?

Don't mind me askin' but is this new aircraft gonna have a twin nose wheel landing gear like the actual Su-35 & other later 'Flanker' variants like the Su-33 & Su-34?

Dear Edmundo,With regard to adding new planes to the Il-2 series; YES, it's possible. have a look at this forum: www.allaircraftarcade.com/forum/index.php But I don't think you can add modern jets 'coz even if you suceed in doing so you'll also have to create modern weapons & avionics as well & that isn't gonna be easy....

Yes Of Course... Speaking of '80s pop... Let's not forget Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' (1982)' & 'Bad' (1987) albums... and as we all Know that 'Thriller' was rated the best selling pop album of all time with over 40 million copies sold worldwide...

My humble advice: Go ahead & get IL2:1946...once you do so get it patched to version 4.08m available at the Gamer's Hell site, after that there are some cool mods available at the following forum: www.allaircraftarcade.com/forum/index.php Once you've got these mods, around 97% of all aircraft in the game, including heavy bombers like the B-17, B-24 & B-29 will be flyable with operable bomsights & gunner positions.. one last very important thing: before you use any of these mods it's VERY IMPORTANT to update your version of Il-2 to version 4.08m.. Or else your game will cease to function...

And to think the IL-2 series was labelled ''un-moddable'' the All Aircraft Arcade forum proves otherwise.... over 90% of all previously AI only aircraft are now flyable.... but before using these mods you need to patch your versiom of IL-2 to version 4.08m or else your game will crash... One more thing: I'm not really sure about this but I think our friend 'Hellzone' was one of the responsible for brining out this long awaited mod.....

Dear All, I seem to be having certain problems with certain aircraft shins like this F-14 in the screenshot below: It's supposed to be of the VF-111 'Sundowners' but the decals don't show up on the aircraft. I've installed the shin by dropping the respective skin folder into the 'F-14' directory.. I'm having the same problems with other plain skins that rely on decal sets for the decal/insignia details to show up... Could someone please help & guide me as to what I'm doing wrong? Dear All, I've recently downloaded Ravenclaw007's F-14A/B/B mod but I can't seem to get it to work.. I've followed the instructions given in the readme, which says that the Iranian F-14A LOD's should be used & edited the F-14A_Data.ini as instructed... I've tried to use the mod for Landwarrior's F-14 Quickstrike & the stock F-14A. The screenshots attached represent the results I'm getting...: A part of the pilot is attached out of place below the fuselage & the sensor pods below the nose don't appear Please could someone guide me as to what i'm doing wrong & how I can fix this? This ISN'T a complaint so please don't get me wrong... Thanks a lot in advance.. Cheers!

No i didn't... I just entered the entries in the locations indicated by the readme to the existing Data.ini...

Hi Guys Has anyone out here started playing Crysis? just got it a few weeks back and the game's really stunning and offers excellent flexibility including fully destructable environments/ objects, fully customizable weapons, player-controllable vehicles, and of course an ultra hi-tech battle suit.... Try it out... you'll like it I guarantee.... [DISCLAIMER: I'm NOT trying to endorse FPS games here.. As far as I'm concerned... Flight sims are my # 1 favourite games]

Just completed the game a few days back.... Yeah..I know what you mean... that alien ship's a real maze.... Don't know how i completed the level myself.... But one other thing about the game is that it's really demands a very powerful system... Even my Core 2 Duo with a GeForce 8600 can't run the game in full graphics and as a result i'm forced to play in medium detail... Nevertheless the visuals look still impressive....

I just hope it's nothing like Blazing Angels... BA had only stunning visuals...apart from that it was a total disaster, IMHO... It's hard to believe that the same company that created the IL-2 series came up with BA!!!! Well..being a Tom Clancy game there should be at least some element of realism...I think....
