MP refuel mod thoughts

hey all i was woudering if anyone would be able to mod the KC-10 so that the refuel boom is always down, as u might know in lomac 1.02 only a server host can see the boom when lowered, ive done sum test with my squad and if u fly into the right spot it will lower and then u can c it but getting into the right spot is to hard so if the model of the kc-10 only showed it as down id assume clients would only see that ? ty frogger
